comfortable beds free parking broken sauna forgotten coffee
The room included comfortable beds! Breakfast had lots of choices and good quality. I liked free parking. The hotel had ample parking on site
The sauna got broken. Cleaning was a total catastrophe, not every day, at random time. I noticed forgotten coffee renewal. Trash bins were left full!

mixed feelings about my stay
closed bar limited options
the location was good, near the sky bus stop and the mont blanc tramway.
the bar was closed on two of the nights i stayed.. this was very disappointing. it limited my options for evening relaxation and socialising within the hotel.

An Okay Stay
ample parking on-site parking quality facilities breakfast choice empty reception missing staff booked room
The hotel had ample parking on site. My room had quality facilities and everything I needed. Breakfast included a lot of choice and good quality.
I waited at an empty reception for about 15 minutes when I arrived. There was no staff to be found anywhere. I did not get the room I had booked, either. There was still no sign of the sofa bed that was supposed to be there for my child.
