An Okay Stay

The hotel had ample parking on site. My room had quality facilities and everything I needed. Breakfast included a lot of choice and good quality.
I waited at an empty reception for about 15 minutes when I arrived. There was no staff to be found anywhere. I did not get the room I had booked, either. There was still no sign of the sofa bed that was supposed to be there for my child.
